    Iplex Pipelines

    Fletchers approached Tricroft in its search for a property to expand its pipeline production capacity. The facility is run by Iplex. After consideration of two possible sites the Ashburton Business Park was chosen as the preferred site.


    After consultation with Iplex on the specifications required for the site and buildings Tricroft proceeded with plans along with the design and build conducted by Thompson Construction and Engineering.


    Timeframes were tight and being built in the middle of winter were the obstacles we had to face. Through teamwork, effective communication and getting on with the job we were able to deliver before our targeted completion date.

    The Fletcher Building Property Team has had a great, long-standing relationship with Tricroft over the years.

    We had an urgent requirement for a new facility located in the Canterbury Region and did not hesitate to approach Tricroft to secure us a site at short notice. As usual, they understood our requirements quickly and set about locating the best site for us with the tight time frame we had.


    All projects have their issues and Tricroft dealt with these quickly and were able to deliver the project ahead of schedule. They worked well with our local team around the design and specifications, made adjustments when necessary, and made us feel part of their Ashburton family.


    We really do appreciate their assistance with this project and look forward to working with them in the future.

    We have had the pleasure of Dave and his team being our very obliging and understanding landlord for nearly 14 years.

    During this time Dave has been very generous and considerate, especially during Covid-19 times when we weren’t even sure if we would have a successful business to go back to. During this stressful time, Dave was very understanding considering he had other businesses to consider as well.


    Nothing is a problem, and any suggestion or question is never straight away squashed; there’s always consideration or a meet-in-the-middle scenario.


    Nowadays some tenants would struggle to find such a great “Tenant/Landlord” relationship and we value ours with Dave and his wonderful team behind him. One day we would like to think we can extend our business relationship and possibly Dave be our landlord for another venture.
